Intrinsic Financial Services acquire Mint Financial Services. Mint will retain its own identity and their management team will remain in place with its 240 advisers continuing to place business through Mint as before. Kevin Ronaldson commented that the move would add significant to Mint.

Friends Provident have closed their mortgage networks Friends Mortgage World and Friends Provident Mortgage Club. A deal with Intrinsic however means that they will accept a number of their brokers subject to them meeting certain standards.

Intrinsic Financial Services is officially launched. Established by Lord Leitch, The former global CEO of Zurich Financial Services Life Businesses.
